Military Service
During her tenure from 2002 to 2012, Caroline served as a Marine Science Technician (MST), stationed in Virginia, New York, and Tampa, Florida. She later joined the Florida Department of Environmental Protection's Division of Emergency Response in Tampa, where she responded to incidents such as tractor-trailer rollovers, plane crashes, train derailments, chemical reactions, and explosions. Her responsibilities included overseeing contractors to ensure compliance with federal and state regulations and serving as the Florida DEP Forensic Coordinator.

Entrepreneurship
In 2016, Caroline founded her own environmental response company in South Florida, providing services in line with state, local, and federal regulations. By 2022, she expanded into the waste management sector by acquiring two Peterbilt roll-off trucks, Jolene and Evelyn, and established Roll-Off Chick in Fort Pierce, Florida.
